Job Title: Sr. Manager/Director Marketing & Events
Reports To: President
JOB PURPOSE
The Sr. Marketing Manager/Director will maximize the probability of success by focusing on organic growth
via brand building, partnerships, social media, and events.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Responsible for marketing, brand, and public relations strategy for the company.
• Develop and manage original streaming and video content.
• Responsible for the execution of all social media and website content.
• Develop marketing partnerships and public relations programs.
• Develop and execute web content and social media schedule.
• Create original web content.
• Manage internal and outside content creators.
• Develop and execute web promotions and contest.
• Tracks and analyze web analytics for all RENEGADE sites.
• Executes key marketing plans and maintains project plans accordingly.
• Develops and manages execution for all marketing events for the Company.
KEY KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES & SKILLS
• Networking and relationship building.
• Manage small teams and direct reports.
• Highly creative marketing skills in numerous direct to consumer grass roots brand building campaigns.
• Extensive knowledge of social media, podcasting, YouTube, and public relations.
• Passion for direct to consumer marketing.
• Prior experience in the hobby gaming.
• Experience in using industry standard web analytics tools to drive success of online marketing initiatives.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to deliver objectives within budgetary boundaries.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple, high priority projects with a keen
attention to detail.
• Professional demeanor; team player orientation with a positive attitude.
• Ability to perform duties under minimal supervision while exercising discretion and independent
judgment.
• Hands on, energetic and motivated self-starter.
• Ability to travel on behalf of the Company.
INTERACTION
This position will interact closely with the director of sales & marketing, president, and creative director.
EDUCATION/YEARS EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience a plus.
• 4+ years experience in marketing, events, and/or public relations.
• 2+ years experience in the board game hobby industry is a plus.
Title and salary based on experience and qualifications.

Development Coordinator
Job Title: Development Coordinator
Reports To: Publisher/Sr. Producer
Type: Part-time/hourly — 3 month contract
Location: RGS Studio in San Diego — North County
Availability: Average of one day a week, possibly some evenings, occasional weekends. Please list availability when applying.
JOB PURPOSE
The development coordinator will facilitate playtest sessions, organize prototypes, learn and teach games, collect feedback, and participate in the overall game development process. Must be able to work in the Renegade San Diego studio. Remote work is not possible.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Responsible for learning and teaching game rules of prototypes & published games.
• Facilitate internal playtesting and game sessions.
• Communicate with outside play-testers.
• Assist with development by keeping detailed notes and working directly with other Renegade Staff.
KEY KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES & SKILLS
• Passion for tabletop games.
• Ability to learn and teach games efficiently.
• Ability to keep information confidential.

• 2+ Years playing a variety of tabletop board, minis, and RPGs.
• 2+ years experience in the board game hobby industry is a plus.
• Ability to run RPG Sessions is a plus.

Video Editor
Job Title: Video Editor
Reports To: Associate Marketing Manager
Type: Contract Per Project
Location: RGS Studio in San Diego – North County
Availability: Monthly – 1-2 projects per month
JOB PURPOSE
The Video Editor will edit and prepare for distribution raw footage provided by Renegade. Ability to work local to the Renegade San Diego Studio is preferred but not required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsible for editing video in a professional and timely manner that meets industry standards.
