Renegade to release Planet Defenders

San Diego, CA (June 22nd, 2017) – Renegade Game Studios™, the premier publisher of unique games is excited to announce Planet Defenders, which will be releasing this fall. Designed by Wei-Min Ling, and originally published by EmperorS4 Games in Taiwan, Planet Defenders challenges players to rid the galaxy of unwanted technological refuse by controlling beautifully sculpted robot miniatures.

In the far future, humans have colonized hundreds of worlds throughout the galaxy. Robots have been in use for centuries and millions have been discarded over the years. Discarded robots litter the galaxy and have become a problem for mankind. Luckily the Planet Defenders protect us and gather up these old robots before they become a real danger to our planets throughout the galaxy!

In Planet Defenders, players pay batteries to control the three defenders, moving them among the planets and collecting energies. Players can enhance their actions by spending energies or batteries to upgrade their technology. They earn the research points by catching the disposed robots in outer space and by collecting technology cards.

“We worked with EmperorS4 to add 3D robot models to Planet Defenders with our release,” explains Scott Gaeta, President of Renegade Game Studios.  “This game already has such a unique and fun style that the miniatures were perfect for bringing it to life on the table.”
